Administration

TCSD is governed by five (5) elected Board members who serve four year terms. The Board in turn hires a General Manager to manage TCSD’s day-to-day operations. In addition to the Wastewater, Solid Waste, and P&R staff previously mentioned, there is also an Assistant General Manager, Program and Finance Manager, and Administrative Clerk to round out the organization of 14 full-time staff.

The office is open to the public daily from 8am to 4:30pm, drop in anytime and let us know how we can help.

We accept drop off of e-waste, lightbulbs, batteries and unused prescription medication available during office hours. Please call ahead to make an appointment to drop off e-waste.
