The next Tamalpais Community Services District General Election will be November 5, 2024, for the election of three (3) Board Members for four (4) year terms.
The candidate filing period runs through 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 9.
The candidate filing/nomination process and election are handled by the Marin County Elections Department (Elections Department). Declaration of Candidacy forms shall be accepted for filing at the Elections Department during regular office hours weekdays from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, and until 5 PM on August 9, 2024. In the event an incumbent officeholder does not file for District office by August 9, the filing period will be extended for that district until 5 PM August 14 for non-incumbent candidates only. Please note that the Election Department requires you to complete and file a Candidate Application Form before receiving nomination documents from the Elections Department.
