The Cabin

60 Tennessee Valley Road, Mill Valley, CA 94941

The Cabin is a picturesque setting along Coyote Creek and the McGlashan public path. It has hosted Creekside Fridays, community BBQs, Girl Scout meetings and is a favorite destination for residents as they walk around the neighborhood, head to Tennessee Valley, or out to the Mill Valley-Sausalito bike path along the bay. The Cabin provides an indoor area to prepare food or hold small classes and meetings, and an outside area with grass and picnic tables to have lunch under the trees. It is a beautiful location, maintained by the Tamalpais Community Services District.

Rentals:

Residents of Tam Valley: $40/hour
Non-Residents: $51/hour
Tam Valley Non-Profits: $40/hour

Non-Profits: $45/hour
Public Agencies: $35/hour
Commercial: (any event charging admission-profit or non-profit) $67/hour, 2 hour minimum

All set up and clean up must be done during your rental hours.

Cleaning: $168 (using our cleaning service is required at this time)

Maximum Capacity: 30 people in/outside of the cabin

• Parking: Availability for 20 Cars
• Jumpee Houses: Permitted outside
• Amplified music: between 9:00am and 8:00pm, 50 decibels or below
• Rental must be gone from the area by 9:00pm
• No pony parties or laser tag are permitted.
